I'd like to start this post off by saying, "Thank You Matt"! He's a wonderful, talented, fellow marketing buddy. In an earlier post on my home-based business blog for active network marketers, I talk about what the current shift means to new business owners online. It is a geopolitical, economic, and personal awareness shift we are experiencing. And..., it's going to get a lot rougher as the old vanguard beats its chest.
Next, I'm going to describe a little bit more about what has been happening on the gameboard (personal life and in business). What I have to say is meant to empower YOU...the individual..., the one who represents the backbone of our American and global economy. Without YOU, the bankers..., insurance companies, and even our governments wouldn't be where they are today. I'm not sure if that is a good or bad thing. I'll leave it up to you to decide.
BUT...,
At the personal level, we've had 1 who's stayed fairly silent and somewhat oppressed. The other -- manipulative and just outright outrageous about their entitlements. This old quo is being challenged.
In business, it's sort of the same thing. We've had a vanguard manipulate and control economies for as long as humans have been able to do this. We've had a silent majority watch the silliness of specific groups (you name 'em)...cause I'll just keep it neutral. I'm interested in offering solutions to common business woes online..., in an active awareness to increase support and individual awareness -- without stirring up trouble.
We don't need more trouble as a nation. We do need more collaboration..., self-help, and increased productivity. That much is true.
By talking a bit more about what's happening further in business realms, you will be surprised to learn that many people are now coming online for their own business futures.
They're clammoring in our direction in vast numbers. I cite the Internet marketing university where I teach. Many quit too soon. If they go to other Internet pro's, those pro's are seeing the same thing -- big fallout. I'm not saying it has to be that way for you!
In business, you have to be very dedicated to whatever it is you're promoting.
But..., the ones who have long represent the old status quo have been using all means available at their disposal to maintain control... --- to no avail. They're even yelling. They used under-handed means to control gentle people. Is it an outside force creating an effect on them? Who knows? I think it's greed...and it's a belief in having access to everything even though other people go without.
I am not here to offer alarmist news. I am sharing updates as it ties into our living during 2011 and 2012.
You can step aside from much of what will feel conflicted. You can anchor yourself in productivity and learning. You can implement your new business quietly and safely. You don't have to become a part of the sea of endless, restless churning some others are now experiencing (at their own hand).

This is NOT Armageddon, although some feel it deep down inside of themselves. There is a time fast approaching. Call it another Renaissance we've long awaited. It is a time of great empowerment for the individual. I'll spell the proof out plainly, without referencing religion or even politics (my two least favorite subjects) because what you will witness in these coming two years might give you more power than you're prepared to handle.
I will tell you that I teach others Internet marketing. It's an ongoing discovery for many of us. No one has the market cornered on everything..., BUT..., because the Internet is constantly changing, it's putting enough pressure on companies to consider what individuals are now doing. They are taking charge of their own futures.
In some cases, they are even refusing to build corporate databases (the list)..., in favor of building their own lists! What does that mean to you as a new online entrepreneur. Well..., it means individuals can no longer stay quiet about what they really know. I call this "sharing a deeper truth". It's as if economics have pushed many of us to now use our voices out loud...just to tell it like it is -- without distortions, rumors, misrepresentations, or even manipulation.
TO MAKE IT ONLINE, YOU MUST BE YOUR OWN POWER
Do you know how powerful this information is? If not, I will clue you in. There are very inexpensive tools and techniques you can use in business to put yourself out into cyberspace, without spending $25/month!
There is a tool that allows you to communicate with a LOT of people all at once. I've talked about it before. New business owners online are using this tool to do just that. And.., they are using free publishing to advertise their businesses.
NEVER BEFORE IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND...
...have individuals had this kind of power! The publishing houses are toppling. Yes -- they controlled content to boost sales. That's not a crime, but it has not worked in their favor. Some of us just call this "mainstream publishing". It is what it is...and some of that content was just plain distorted...and even inaccurate.
However..., the fall of big publishing brings this factor into a newer reality.
WHEN YOU ARE ONLINE, YOU ARE YOUR OWN POWER
I don't have the market cornered on these insights so what I am saying here is meant only to confirm what individuals have been feeling. They are making rapid leaps forward in their awareness. The fog is clearing. They are now seeing what has long been kept quiet. They are asking a lot of questions. They are breaking barriers that persisted in business. Now they want real solid answers for themselves.
They're certainly tired of being paid a low to poor wage. They're tired of watching CEO's float away on their golden barges.
These questions are putting new force into play. The old vanguard is struggling. You could say that we are approaching a time of great enlightenment..., where the old ways of holding back information fold. Ask yourself -- what happens when people start to openly share information? Sure..., it's paid content.... You don't get the best stuff for free. Powerhouses who ran old establishments no longer carry the weight they once did. That has upset old quos.
Now the "quiet masters who have been in careful study all their lives are now emerging". They have been through the school of continously hard knocks. They are interested in real self-improvement and doing what's right for most people involved. They are standing tall. They are sharing insights the masses didn't see before.
These people are shedding light on dark spaces where old information once hid. And.., they're doing it for the benefit of all concerned.
This means that new business owners have the full, outright ability to publish the content old publishing houses could not print (for whatever reason). It means, you now have the power to get your own blogger account...at no charge to you...so you can test your content ahead-of-time. That's a way of putting content out there (in general terms) long before you get your own extensive website developed.
Whether your website is personal or business, new words are being shared in the hopes of making this world a better place. You could say that old forces are losing their grip on humanity.
We're tired of war.
We're tired of arguments.
We're tired of cheap information leading us no-where.
We're just tired of some stirring up the pot just because they feel they can.
If you are remotely religious or spiritual (it doesn't matter), the individual can now hop online...join in a few forums...and have their say.
They can make a go of it...separately from what companies have long had most of us do (carry out their beckoned call...for crazy billionaire reasons).
Does that mean that corporations are struggling for new talent? I don't know. I'll again...leave it up to you to decide. But..., what it does mean is that the most motivated individuals will self-educate themselves, team up with willing others who support their say online. That's going to impact the way many companies have been functioning. This is true if we apply the adage that many American companies worked the MLM model..., or in the very least, they kept their most sensitive content very quiet.
Worse still -- they had NO intention of paying out.
They created some odd rules.
When motivated others hit the cieling in their performance, these companies altered their payout plans!
Many of the network marketers I meet and train eventually give up your MLM firms. They're finding alternatives that work..., and they're doing it quietly.
If your outsourcing bites you in the backside -- OH WELL. It is what it is and there is no blame....save for the fact that you created a reality bringing very unforeseen (and unhappy) results.
So the future trend in business online is now growing more and more during each passing year.
We have 7 Billion living on the Earth now. I doubt there's a shortage of business. If you have any confidence as an individual power, I am willing to bet every cloud in the sky that you can make it.
You'll have to be persistent..., but you can do it.., and if you have to work some crummy job (for a crummy boss)...for some length of time to get the smallest cash flow needed for your own personal business investment, then do whatever it takes to make your dream come true!
This is the time for the individual. Whether you're a man or woman who's been going it alone.., duking life out alone, and staying very quiet....the time is NOW to state your highest truth. You can do it at home. You can do it at work. You can do it in your new business. Whatever channel you choose to "let the air out", be my guest.
Chances are...someone will be listening somewhere.
In the times to come, many of us will be sitting in no-man's land. That's only because the old ways don't work, but it's also because the new ways have yet to take hold. Call it pre-seeding our world for better days ahead.
If you feel that you are struggling, it's very possible that you are in good company.
For those of you who have long awaited this time to make your own lives happen, hang in there. Keep your work going strong. Believe in yourself, and you will create the reality you've always wanted.
